How is a truck or trailer shipped?
By container, RoRo or break-bulk, depending on the unit and the route. The method is agreed in the quotation.
Can you deliver to my nearest port?
Tell us the port and we will confirm the routing and the shipping cost.
Do you handle customs clearance at destination?
We prepare the export documentation. Import clearance at destination is handled by your appointed broker unless agreed otherwise.
Are spare parts included?
Spare parts and after-sales support can be included; the scope is agreed per order.
