Units are built by established Chinese manufacturers and inspected before loading. The photographs below are from our own visits and inspections.
Our role in the chain
Zhongzhen Kairui is an export trading company, not a vehicle manufacturer. Production is carried out by the manufacturers and trailer builders we work with. Our work is to select the model, confirm the configuration on the actual unit, inspect it before loading, and handle the export documents and shipping.
What we look at before a unit leaves
- Chassis, drive form and axle arrangement against the order
- Engine, gearbox and emission identification
- Body or trailer structure, paint and fastenings
- Tyres, lights, mirrors and steering side
- Documentation and vehicle identification numbers
Vehicles held at the supply base before inspection and loading.
Frames, bodies and components at the supplier's works.
Units are checked before loading and photographed for the buyer.
Units are secured for container, RoRo or break-bulk transport.
